Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need your order rushed, we offer expedited shipping at checkout. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays, and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over 2 business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at care@amusesociety.com and we'd be happy to check the status of your order.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100 OR MORE WITHIN CONTINENTAL U.S.

All U.S. orders that are $100.00 or more are eligible for free economy shipping. Applies to full priced orders only. Upgraded shipping is available, but fees will apply. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies by package size and ship to address.

We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Currently we ship to: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Peru, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, U.S Virgin Islands, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

Amuse Society offers International DHL Worldwide Express and USPS shipping. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING INFO

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express or USPS. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation email will provide information on how to track your order. Please contact our customer service team at care@amusesociety.com if you have any questions in regards to tracking your package.
