Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Amuse Society within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. See below to obtain your pre paid shipping label. Please note, $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Please email us at if you have any questions regarding your return.

Amuse Society reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Returning Merchandise

If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Find the sign in button on the top right of our home page.
  2. If you have an account, select "Sign In", select order history, and select the order containging the items you'd like to return. If you do not have an account, select "Track Order", enter in your Web Order ID# (WEB-#####) and order email.
  3. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the pre-paid return shipping label and Return Authorization paperwork.
  4. Make sure that you return the merchandise in its original condition with all original tags attached. Securely repack your merchandise and place the pre paid shipping label on the outside of your package.
  5. Please note your return confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your return has been processed.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can also send your unwanted items back to the address below using any other insured shipping method with a tracking #. We do not accept COD returns.

Swim Returns

We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate items that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swim or intimates that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Intimate Returns

All panties are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these garments. If you have questions on size, please contact customer service before placing your order.

Jewelry Returns

All Five & Two Jewelry is Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be made on these items.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

30 Day Product Warranty

Amuse Society covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from or an authorized dealer.

The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Amuse Society will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.
