Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Amuse Society within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered, washed or incomplete articles (label and original packaging required). Amuse Society reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, missing labels and packaging, misuse or damage.

Once we have received the item(s) and processed the return, the money will be credited back by PayPal within 24 hours. Please email us at if you have any questions regarding your return.

Returning Merchandise

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:

If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from, please follow the following instructions:

(1) Find the button on the top right of our website that says (MY ACCOUNT).

(2) If you signed up to receive information from Amuse you have an account. Log into your account, click the link to "ORDER HISTORY,"
and select the order containing items you'd like to return.

(3) If you don't have an account, click on "TRACK YOUR ORDER" at the top of the Amuse website . Enter your Order ID # from the Order Email "WEB-XXXXX" (see order confirmation e-mail) with the email address you used for placing the online order.

(4) Select the order and item you want to return.

(5) Complete and submit the online return request form. Please add the printed confirmation into your return package, where we will be able to see your order and return number.

(6) Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials and labels.
Make sure you also include all of your customer details, address, order number, telephone number in case we need to contact you.

Once we have received the item(s) and processed the return, the money will be credited back by PayPal within 24 hours. A return confirmation from will be sent to your email address automatically as soon as we process your return in our warehouse. Returning Merchandise

If your goods are faulty then please email and we will re-ship you a new item (subject to availability).

Swim Returns

We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate items that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swim or intimates that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
