Returns + Exchanges
Returns are free for all orders over € 50, placed after Nov. 8th 2018. Amuse wants you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days to return any unused article that is not entirely satisfactory. Amuse will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, spoiled, or incomplete articles (label and original packaging required). Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics Department and Quality Check, a refund will be made as soon as possible, directly to the credit card you used to place the order.
Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your return.
To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.
If you purchased the product from Amusesociety.com, please follow the following instructions:
(1) - Find the button on the top right of our website that says (MY ACCOUNT).
(2) - If you signed up to receive information from Amuse you have an account.
Log into your account, click the link to "ORDER HISTORY,"
and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
(3) -If you don't have an account, click on "TRACK YOUR ORDER" at the top of the Amuse website . Enter your Order ID # from the Order Email "WEB-XXXXX" (see order confirmation e-mail) with the email address you used for placing the online order.
(4) Select the order and item you want to return.
(5) -Complete and submit the online return request form. Please add the printed confirmation into your return package, where we will be able to see your order and return number.
(6) -Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise
in original, unused condition, with original packing materials.
Make sure you also include all of your customer details, address, order number, telephone number in case we need to contact you,
as much information as you can so we deal with your issue easily.
(7) - Place the Return Label that was included in your order in the package.
In France: Drop your packageat your local Post Office.
*Rest of Europe: * Call your Local DHL Agency and arrange apick-up date for your return.
For any further information concerning your return: please contact us at the latest within 30 days from the date of dispatch of your package with your waybill return tracking number.
Using Your Own Shipping Method
You can also send your unwanted items back to the address below using any other trackable/insured shipping method. We do not accept COD returns.

We are unable to process returns for swimwear items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please first return the unwanted item for a full refund, then purchase the desired item.
