International Shipping + Returns

We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Currently we ship to: Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, China, Comoros, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecudor, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philipines, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

International Shipping Info

Amuse Society offers International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) or Express Mail (3-5 Business Days) shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

International Tracking Info

All international orders are shipped via USPS and delivered by your local postal service. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation email will provide information on how to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking HERE. Once you're under "Track My Order" you can enter your Order ID # (WEB-#####) and Order Email to track your order. Please contact our customer service team at shop@amusesociety.com if you have any questions in regards to tracking your package.

International Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Amuse Society within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed. Amuse Society does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the home page.
2. If you have an account, sign into your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, select "Track Order" and enter your Web Order ID # (WEB-#####) and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the Return Authorization paperwork.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition with tags still attached, and include the original packing slip and Return Authorization paperwork.
6. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.
