FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 12:00pm (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

What should I do if my size is not available?

If your desired color or size is not currently available, please click “Is your size sold out?” on the product page and you will be notified when that item is back in stock.

I'm unsure about sizing and fit. What do I do?

We’ve provided a size and fit guide for you to help determine your size for clothing and swimwear. Also, garment measurements are provided on each product page. If you would like more help, please contact our customer service.

I ordered the wrong size! Can I edit my order?

If you’ve ordered the wrong size/item or would like to add to your order, you will have to call or e-mail our customer service within 30 minutes of placing your order to edit your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please call or e-mail our customer service to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Why was my order cancelled or items from my order cancelled?

Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled.

Is there a warranty for your products?

Yes! Amuse Society covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from AmuseSociety.com or an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Amuse Society will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. Please email us at shopeurope@amusesociety.com if you feel your damaged item qualifies under this warranty.

I lost my return label. How do I get another one?

To print out a copy of your prepaid return label, log into My Account and click on “Order History” and select the order you wish to return. If you do not have an account, please enter your Order ID # and Order Email. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the free return shipping label.

What do I need to include with my return?

Your return package should include the unwanted merchandise in original, unused condition, with original tags, and the return authorization label that was emailed to you.

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we received your return for your refund.

I am in the UK. Why can't I buy in Pounds?

While we can ship to the UK, all prices are in Euros; we cannot add any other currencies at this time. You will be charged Euros on your credit card therefore your bank might translate that euro amount into your local currency. We are not responsible for any extra charge on currency conversions nor exchange rate that your card prodvider might charge you.

What countries do you guys ship to?

In Europe, AMUSE offers deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus*, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding DOM TOM), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canarie Islands), Sweeden, United Kingdom. If your country is not listed here please contact our customer service team at shopeurope@amusesociety.com and we will see what we can arrange.

Can I use any other currency other than Euros?

Do I pay sales VAT?

As we ship from our European headquarters in France, we must add French VAT (The law states that when we ship to someone in the European Union VAT has to be added to the retail prices).
